Ages 10 to 17

Girls

Girls-only sessions. Same real boxing, coached for and with girls.

Who it’s for

Girls aged 10 to 17 who want to box in a room built for them. Beginners welcome, no experience needed, and every session is girls only.

How it works

Girls start with Girls Foundations: six weeks, twice a week, six spots per class, covering the fundamentals from the ground up. Then the Girls Academy keeps it going every week. Girls who also want to train in the mixed Youth or Teen Academy can do both.

What a class looks like

Warm-up, footwork, technique on the bags and pads, and conditioning. Sparring is never required. Girls who want it earn a coach’s invitation to Intro to Sparring, with full protective gear and close supervision.

What she gets out of it

Confidence that is earned, not handed over. Fitness, focus, and a group of girls who train hard and back each other.

What you need

Gym clothes, clean indoor shoes, a water bottle, and hand wraps. The club provides gloves to start. The first class is free.

Questions

What Parents Ask Us

Is boxing safe for kids?

Yes. Amateur boxing is one of the most supervised sports there is: certified coaches, structured classes, protective gear, medical checks, and certified officials at every sanctioned event. Our non-contact streams involve no contact at all.

Do they have to spar?

No. Sparring is always optional and always a coach's call. Athletes who want it earn their way in, with full protective gear and close supervision. Plenty of our boxers train for years and never spar.

What if my kid has never done a sport?

Then they are in good company. Total beginners are the norm here. Every athlete starts with the same fundamentals, and coaches meet each kid where they are.

Can girls join?

Yes. Girls train and compete here. Every class is coed and every athlete gets the same coaching.

What about kids with disabilities?

Talk to us and we will find a way that works. Kids train in the same classes as everyone else, and coaches adjust the work to the athlete.
