Ages 8 to 12
Youth
Boxing fundamentals for kids. All movement, no contact, real skills.
Who it’s for
Kids aged 8 to 12, from total beginners to kids who already love the sport. Nobody needs experience, gear, or a reason beyond wanting to try.
How it works
Every kid starts with Youth Foundations: six weeks, twice a week, six spots per class, so every kid gets real coaching. Foundations covers stance, footwork, the basic punches, and how a class runs, with games and drills that keep it fun. From there, kids move into the Youth Academy, the ongoing weekly program where the skills keep building.
What a class looks like
Warm-up, footwork, and technique on the bags and pads. Structured, high energy, and no contact: kids at this age learn to box without ever being hit. Coaches meet each kid where they are.
What your kid gets out of it
Coordination, fitness, and focus, plus the confidence that comes from getting better at something hard. Kids leave knowing how to move, how to work, and that they belong here.
What you need
Gym clothes, clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle. The club provides gloves to start. The first class is free.

Questions
What Parents Ask Us
Is boxing safe for kids?
Yes. Amateur boxing is one of the most supervised sports there is: certified coaches, structured classes, protective gear, medical checks, and certified officials at every sanctioned event. Our non-contact streams involve no contact at all.
Do they have to spar?
No. Sparring is always optional and always a coach's call. Athletes who want it earn their way in, with full protective gear and close supervision. Plenty of our boxers train for years and never spar.
What if my kid has never done a sport?
Then they are in good company. Total beginners are the norm here. Every athlete starts with the same fundamentals, and coaches meet each kid where they are.
Can girls join?
Yes. Girls train and compete here. Every class is coed and every athlete gets the same coaching.
What about kids with disabilities?
Talk to us and we will find a way that works. Kids train in the same classes as everyone else, and coaches adjust the work to the athlete.
