Plain language

The short version

This website is run by MJ Boxing Inc., operating as Moose Jaw Boxing, a Saskatchewan membership non-profit corporation.
Everything here is offered in good faith. Schedules, fees, and programs can change, and what the coaches tell you at the gym is the final word.
Sending a form is not a registration. A place at the club is confirmed by the club, in person, with the registration paperwork.
Club merch is sold through our print partner's store. Their checkout, shipping, and returns terms apply to your order.
Our name, logo, and photos belong to the club. Ask before you reuse them.

The basics

Using this website

You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages from this site for personal and non-commercial use. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy and Photography Policy.

Please do not misuse the site: no scraping or collecting images of our athletes, no automated submissions to our forms, and no attempts to interfere with how the site runs. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian handles registration and forms on your behalf.

Programs

Schedules, fees, and registration

Program descriptions, schedules, and fees are accurate as of the date they were posted, and we update them as things change. Sessions can move or be cancelled for holidays, competitions, weather, or coach availability. When in doubt, check with the gym.

The forms on this site let you ask a question, request a free trial, or offer to volunteer. They do not create a membership. Membership terms, fees, waivers, and the rules of Boxing Saskatchewan are set out in the registration package you complete at the gym, and that package governs your athlete's participation.

Boxing is a contact sport. The risks of training and competing, and how the club manages them, are covered by the waiver and the Safe Sport commitments you receive at registration, not by this page.

Merch

The club shop

Our Shop page shows club merch, and every Buy button takes you to the club's store at moose-jaw-boxing.printify.me, which is run by our print partner, Printify. Items are printed to order and shipped to you by Printify's production partners.

Printify's terms of service, shipping policy, and return policy apply to every order, including defective or damaged items. Prices, shipping, taxes, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. The club receives the profit on each item, and that profit goes to club programs.

If something goes wrong with an order and you cannot get an answer from the store, email info@mjboxing.ca and we will help you chase it.

Ownership

Our name, logo, and images

The text, logos, designs, and images on this site belong to MJ Boxing Inc. unless another owner is named. Sponsors and media are welcome to use our logo the way our brand kit describes; for anything else, ask first. Photos of athletes are published under the consent rules in our Privacy and Photography Policy, and they may not be copied or reposted.

The names and marks of Boxing Saskatchewan, Boxing Canada, our sponsors, and our partners belong to them.

Other sites, accuracy, and liability

This site links to other sites, including the club store, Boxing Saskatchewan, our sponsors, and Iron Boxing, the adult gym our coaches run independently. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent Saskatchewan law allows, MJ Boxing Inc. is not liable for losses that come from relying on information on this site or from being unable to use it. Nothing on this page limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the club grows. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada.
