MJ Boxing Inc., operating as Moose Jaw Boxing, is incorporated as a membership non-profit corporation under The Non-profit Corporations Act, 2022 (Saskatchewan).

Our fiscal year ends August 31.

Financial statements are presented to the membership at the annual general meeting and are available on request.

Under Bylaw No. 1 and the board's banking resolution of September 20, 2026, every payment from the corporation's accounts needs the approval of two signing officers, recorded in writing. The two may not be members of the same household, and no officer approves a payment to themselves. No single person may move club funds alone.

MJ Boxing Inc. is a membership corporation. Members are the adults behind the club: parents and guardians of registered athletes, adult athletes, and the coaches, officials, and community volunteers the board admits under the bylaws.

Under the articles and Bylaw No. 1 there is one class of members, and every member has one vote. A member is one parent or guardian for each family with an athlete under 18, designated by that family, so each family holds one membership and one vote; a registered athlete who is 18 or older; or a coach, official, or community volunteer the board admits. Honorary recognition for service is a title, not a membership, and carries no vote. Members elect the directors for one-year terms and receive the financial statements at the annual general meeting, held within six months after fiscal year end, with the first AGM held within 18 months of incorporation.
